By accessing and using Quoralyvexa ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these Terms of Use, please do not use this Platform.

Quoralyvexa provides an online platform for webinars, live broadcasts, educational content, and interactive learning experiences. The Platform enables users to attend virtual sessions, interact with presenters, and access educational materials.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
  • Using any automated system to access the Platform without our express written permission
  • Recording, downloading, or redistributing webinar content without explicit authorization
  • Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users or presenters

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Platform Content

The Platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Quoralyvexa, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

5.3 Trademarks

The Quoralyvexa name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Fees

Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Subscription Services

Some services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish to continue.

7. Webinar Attendance and Participation

7.1 Access Rights

Upon registration and payment (where applicable), you receive a personal, non-transferable right to attend the specified webinar or access the specified content.

7.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet connection, and software to access live webinars. We are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end that prevent access.

7.3 Recording and Distribution

Recording, reproducing, or distributing webinar content without express written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Quoralyvexa. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoralyvexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
  • Any content obtained from the Platform
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quoralyvexa, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quoralyvexa concerning the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Quoralyvexa.

19. Assignment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
